Return Policy
When purchasing goods of inadequate quality, you have the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. In this case, the goods of inadequate quality will be replaced with a good quality product or you will be refunded.
If the reason for returning the goods is inadequate quality, we will replace the goods with good quality ones at our own expense or refund the amount paid for the goods. The exchange or refund of unsuitable goods is regulated by the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods, Regulations No. 2017 of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 April 2001. Exchange of good quality goods is possible only in accordance with the procedure established in the Regulations No. 258 of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001 on Electronic Commerce.
Replacement of quality goods is possible only in the manner provided by the Regulations for the e-commerce No. 258, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, dated August 17, 2001
In this case, the return of the goods will be at your expense.
When returning goods, you must comply with the following rules and conditions:
The returned item must be in its original packaging and fit for sale:

The goods and packaging must be undamaged;

The goods must be suitable for sale (labels intact, packaging intact, etc.) (this section does not apply in the case of a return of a defective product);

Returned goods must be fully packaged;

Proof of purchase must be attached.
